1. What the site collects

   Only what you send us.

   When you submit a form, the details you enter — your name, email address, message and the topic or event you chose — are sent to Base Camp by email so we can reply. The website does not keep form entries in a database, and we use your details only to respond to you.

2. How messages are delivered

   How your message reaches us.

   Form submissions pass through our website host (Netlify) and our email delivery service (Resend), which may process them outside Australia, before arriving in Base Camp’s inbox. Please avoid including passwords, health information, financial account details or anything else you would not want sent by email.

3. Browser storage

   No site analytics or advertising.

   The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, or save form entries in browser storage. Images, fonts and styles are served from this site rather than third-party hosts. Your hosting provider may keep routine server or security logs.

4. Your choices

   Share only what you choose.

   You can browse without submitting a form. To ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you have sent us, contact info@basecampmentor.com.au.

5. Coaching boundaries

   Agree the boundaries before you begin.

   Before an engagement starts, ask Base Camp to document the service scope, fees, record keeping, confidentiality expectations and any circumstances in which information may need to be shared. Mentorship and coaching are not a substitute for clinical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
