Tailored leadership training and capability building for organisations, businesses, teams, departments and faculties. We clarify your goals and needs, then co-design systems, programs and training modules to meet them. Timelines, milestones and deliverables are agreed together before implementation begins.

We take time to understand your purpose, strengths, opportunities and personality profile, then shape a path around your goals or help you uncover the right direction.
It is not a promise to resolve every challenge. It is a space to explore and discover alongside experienced practitioners, build your own expert braintrust, and decide how to move forward. In a world where AI is changing how work gets done, we can explore not only how to act, but why the work matters to you.
Starting fees are $6,000 + GST for Base, $10,000 + GST for Peak, and $20,000 + GST for The Summit. The Customised Program is quoted case by case, based on the organisation’s needs and agreed scope.
We begin with a one-to-one conversation about your development needs, followed by a complimentary 60-minute discovery session and questionnaire to clarify your core priorities. The program director then prepares a coaching model tailored to your needs and presents it for your feedback. Once the model and priorities are agreed, the director develops a month-by-month plan for six or twelve months and reviews it with you.
After the details are discussed and agreed, we schedule the monthly sessions and begin the activities. Each month, we review your progress and assess your development. You can seek timely advice from your coach, head coach or program director as decisions arise, subject to their availability and capacity.
After you approve the coaching model, and before the detailed plan is produced, we send the service agreement and invoice.
Base Camp combines one-to-one professional development coaching with a trusted community where people can build, grow and be challenged. Alongside your coach, you can draw on experienced operators, senior managers, leaders and qualified mentors with backgrounds in law, finance, accounting, the public sector, charity, manufacturing and board directors.
This brings practical, market-relevant perspectives and real-world case studies to career decisions, leadership development and business challenges. Our network will continue to grow with the people who join it. AI can help with the how; conversations with people who have lived the experience can offer context, share stories and help you explore the why. Sometimes it also matters who you know, as well as what you know.
Yes. If your experience could bring value to the Base Camp community, you can apply to become a professional mentor on our platform. Base Camp manages the selection process according to its developmental needs. We aim to build a diverse mentor community and continually improve the quality and value of our service for clients.
Program fees are payable upfront. If an individual needs support and has funding available, we can discuss suitable payment options on a case-by-case basis.
Service terms, intellectual property and copyright, privacy, scope and other relevant arrangements will be set out in the service agreement before the engagement begins.
Requests for early termination are considered at Base Camp’s discretion and reviewed case by case in line with the service agreement.
